Battle
of Barnet 1471.
Fought in heavy mist on Easter Sunday 14th April 1471. The Yorkists under the
leadership of Edward IV triumphed, leaving the Lancastrian champion and leader
Richard Neville (Warwick the 'Kingmaker') dead.
